Square One
Square One is an atmospheric Ho Chi Minh City restaurant featuring simple and authentic Vietnamese and Western cuisine offered from an impressive display of integrated show kitchens to serve guests sitting in five different dining areas.
A wide selection of imported meats is prepared Western style while the best local and imported seafood is the focal point of traditional Vietnamese dish. The restaurant in the heart of Saigon features an outdoor terrace and four private dining rooms to cater to guests’ needs for special events.
The bar at Square One showcases a fine selection of fine wine, Champagne and refreshing cocktails mixed with tropical fruits. Square One also impresses its guests with a large floor-to-ceiling wine case featuring more than 1,500 bottles of international wines that adds to the dining and entertainment variety.
