Vietnamese Cooking Class

There is no better way to explore and understand a culture than through its cuisine.


Depart on a trip in either a Cyclo or Vespa to the local market, where you will become familiar with the required ingredients for traditional Vietnamese dishes, and experience the hustle and bustle of the city. After getting back to the hotel, you will start your Vietnamese cooking adventure in one of the five show kitchens in Square One.


Under the guidance from our Chefs, you then prepare and sample traditional Vietnamese dishes, such as:

  • Fresh and Fried Spring Rolls
  • Lotus Stem Salad
  • Sweet and Sour Seafood Soup
  • Steamed Garoupa


You will also receive a recipe folder, a Park Hyatt Saigon apron, and a Vietnamese cookbook so you can make these dishes at home yourself.


Journey starts from 2 pm to 5:30 pm

VND 3,150,000 per person


Price is subject to 5% service charge and then 10% VAT.


All cooking classes require a 48-hour advance notice with the number of students. Any cancellations should be made at least 24-hours to avoid penalty.
